Send a message with the order number and what you want to return. We answer within 24 hours and confirm the return address.
Returns and complaints
You have 14 days to return an order, counted from when you received it. Write to us, send the parcel back, and we refund you, in line with consumer law.
2. Send the parcel back
Pack the product so it arrives undamaged. Keep the proof of posting - it is your evidence the parcel left.
3. We refund you
Once the parcel arrives we refund the product amount to the same account or card the payment came from.
A damaged product
If a product arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us with the order number and a photograph. The full complaints procedure is awaiting approved legal content.
